Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dart Tracker ("the App"), developed by Nuktup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Dart Tracker is a mobile application for tracking dart games and analyzing performance. The App provides:

• X01 scoring: Countdown from 301/501/701/1001 with configurable in/out rules, legs, and sets
• Cricket scoring: Standard and cut-throat variants with 15-20 and Bull
• Analytics: 3-dart averages, win rates, 180 counts, best checkouts, and time-period filtering
• Interactive heatmaps: Visualize throw distribution across the dartboard
• Multiplayer: Up to 4 players (free) or 8+ players (Pro)
• Checkout hints: Automatic finishing combination suggestions

Account Registration

Account creation is optional. If you create an account for cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.

Subscriptions and Payments

Dart Tracker Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscription options include weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security
• Scrape, mine, or collect data from the App
• Create derivative works based on the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nuktup and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Apple End User License Agreement

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies as a fallback to these Terms where applicable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUKTUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
